Bollate – ex Ceruti

Urban regeneration project of the former Ceruti area, an industrial warehouse in the center of Bollate of more than 40,000 square meters.

The area will cease to be operational for the construction of a new residential development consisting of 385 apartments and a commercial one compatible with the current local fabric. The project also includes the creation of a new city road system and a large public green space.
