Cologno Monzese

Urban regeneration project of an industrial complex disused since 2005, the former Torriani area in the historic center of Cologno Monzese.

One of the objectives of the project is the construction of a new residential settlement consisting of 200 apartments, whit one commercial and one executive center. The apartments will be equipped with large terraces and built according to the most modern energy-saving criteria.

In addition, all the developments will feature lush vegetation, and the commercial structure will have a walkable green roof, accessible to the public and residents of the area.
