Legnano – ex Manifatture

Urban regeneration project of the former Manifattura, a disused industrial complex since 2008, with the construction of residences, commercial, administration and public spaces.

The goal of the project is to enhance the area through the construction of new residential, commercial and food service developments, while maintaining the historical memory of the place.

There will also be public spaces with green areas and fountains to restore a future and new life to the central city area.
